Cinderella Princess Tea

Sydney and I went to a Cinderella Princess Tea at the local ballet studio in town. They did a wonderful job. Petit Fours, raspberry tea, face painting, crown crafting, real ballerinas, beautiful decorations, and fantastic goodie bags. Sydney had a wonderful time.

It was awfully quiet in the house...

Sigh. : )

Dr. Suess Week - Day 1

Sydney's school is celebrating Dr. Suess' birthday all week long. Today was crazy sock day. Here's Syd making a crazy face wearing her crazy socks.

She loves climbing on chairs, opening drawers and pulling everything out - all day long to my dismay.

She just started when I took this picture therefore the floor is pretty empty.

The weather has been so wonderful here. We are outside all the time enjoying the best season to live in Florida.

Keep It Between the Lines

Last weekend, we went to visit our friends and celebrate their birthdays with them. We had a great time. They have a Powerwheel Barbie car (previously seen here). It really is a kid pleaser. What got me was how much Aubrey loved it. She would sit so still and rest her right arm on the car like she was the ultimate cruiser.

This one cracks me up - both looking in the exact opposite directions!

A little love at the birthday party. Good thing we have years until she drives the real thing. We'll have to emphasize "Keep your eyes on the road." : )

Just Another Regular Week

Why on earth did I let the girls talk me into buying them a recorder!?

Play Time

I love watching them play together. It's a privilege to be able to watch their friendship grow already. They love each other dearly. It's so sweet.

Mini Doughnuts

We made doughnuts this Saturday. We used a mini pan and a standard pan to make the chocolate doughnuts. Tasty! Sydney helped with the decorations by dipping them in a glaze and then the sprinkles.
