I love chai. I love cupcakes. And the two together make a great pair!
I first tried the chai cupcake at Sprinkles. It was great. That means I had to find a way to make my own. Sprinkles isn't readily available to me and they only serve it on Fridays. Granted, today is Friday - it's coincidental. I still don't have a kitchen yet so I went to my friends house we made these cupcakes. Absolutely delicious - the chai buttercream frosting is the best part. Yum-O! If you like chai I really recommend this recipe. Thanks Karisa!

I might get this stand for our next party. It's from Martha Stewart Celebrates at Walmart. It's new so I don't know how easy it is to find.
Thanks for putting up with another cupcake post! This weekend we're going to Okoberfest, so the next post maybe about good ol' German bratwursts! : ) I'm excited about that too! Have a great weekend.

Oh my. I'm certainly not the cupcake fan that you are, but I can't quit thinking about these suckers! I must make them!
Unfortunately, the flavor won't work for the 2 birthdays in our household the next couple of weeks, so I'll have to hold off a bit on making them, but they are "up there" on my things to try!
