Halloween Cupcakes!

Okay, I promise my next baking post won't be about cupcakes! : ) I just had to make some more cupcakes because I found these super-cute cake toppers at our local cake store and I couldn't resist. I used a Sprinkles pumpkin cake mix with cinnamon cream cheese frosting. My favorite topper is the spider with it's long legs. You could always use those black plastic spider rings if you don't have a local cake shop. I'm sure you can get a whole bag of rings at Walmart for $2. Cheap & easy cupcake decorations.

And an apology for this post to my sister-in-law, Jen, who detests spiders! Nothin' says love like a spider on a cupcake. haha.

Those are cute. I'm taking a cake decorating class and they taught us how to make pumpkins. It's really easy! You just squeeze out a blob of orange icing with tip #199 and put a leaf on it with #352.

Very cute! I've got my kids' birthday party coming up, and I've got to make some gluten/casein free cupcakes for Jackson. I hope they don't suck!
