Put on your Hypercolor shirt and snap on your slap bracelet because we are going rollerskating! : )

We went to a birthday party at the rollerskating rink last night. Syd had a fanastic time. I hadn't been rollerskating in a least 15 years. Thankfully, we all did pretty well and no spills. We listened to the Jonas Brother, High School Musical, Miley Cyrus and we did the Electric Slide. Oh man, the Electric Slide, that's so junior high dance for me! We also had pizza, glowing jewelry and stick-on earrings. It was glorious! : )

Also, when did A&M and Texas play on Thanksgiving?! We did watch the game...no comment.
At least our little Aggie is happy.

On a Thanksgiving note - the turkey recipe was excellent. I highly recommend it for any dinner. It would be really good if you were entertaining. I'll make it again soon. The green bean casserole was the best dish. I loved the fresh green beans and the crunchy topping was delicious. The sweet potato casserole was really sweet. Next time, I would add less brown sugar. The triple pumpkin pie - yummy! Oh my, it was good and didn't last long. Matt and I fought for the last piece. I think we compromised and split it. I sure did want the whole piece though! : )
Tomorrow, the first day of the 12 Days of Christmas Crafts! I'm all ready for it.

That pumpkin pie looks yummy. We did most of the meal from Real Simple for October. They had a recipe for brussel sprouts that had me craving them at 8:00! We had some friends over who made the stuffing and pumpkin pie. Also I would like to add that. after years of trial and error, my apple pie has finally reached perfection!

She is growing up! Those roller skate pictures make her look like a Kindergarten'er, at youngest. Good luck with that! Too cute.
