I'm so excited about Thanksgiving! I bought everything I needed at the grocery store this weekend. Our dinner menu is going to include:
A Roasted Turkey Breast with a Peach Rosemary Glaze - I can't do the whole bird, it grosses me out. We'll see how just the breast turns out.
Cooking Light's Sweet Potato Casserole - yummy! I love sweet potatoes.
Cheddar-Pecan Green Bean Casserole - per Matt's request
And to top it off:
Triple-Chocolate Pumpkin Pie - I don't really care for pies but this one has a graham cracker crust. I can definitely do that! Found here online and Nov. Martha Stewart's Living Magazine.

I'm going to make a pumpkin crunch cake this year instead of pie. It's yummy!

I watched that show on Food Network this weekend. I watched her do the Peach Rosemary glaze on the turkey breast. How funny! That's so cool that you are going to make it. It looked so good! I hope yours is, too!
