Don't be fooled! Neither one of them is sleeping.
It appears we have a squirrel or chipmunk in the house. And apparently, it takes two bites out of every apple to find the best one to eat. We have named the critter Sydney. 
Never a dull moment over here. : )

Eddie does this with our apples, or mangos or oranges...even the fake apples I have on the dining table have bites in them!! :)

Ryan always slept with a giant smile when I told him I was going to take a picture... and I'm very curious to know WHICH apple was the best???
The best apple was eaten in its entirety. The ones left weren't obviously up to par.

That is hysterical! Syd is very consistent in her taste testing method giving each two nibbles to confirm. They will obviously be great playmates and partners in crime since they are already playing possum together!
