So Matt and Sydney went camping in the backyard on Friday night. We just decided on the backyard because Sydney had no expectation other than a tent and smores. For a first "camping trip" it seemed like a logically location just in case Sydney got scared, had to go to the bathroom, etc. It worked out great. They roasted hot dogs and smores. She slept in the tent the whole night without any problems. I'm sure they will be doing it again soon.
Aubrey and I "roughed" it out in the house with mattresses and electricity. : )

There seems to be a pattern with the cousins "S'Mores". Glad to see that M@ hasn't lost his love for camping in the backyard.
sounds like my kind of camping...kids and dad outside, me inside...except i would probably venture out for the food...lets plan one once we move for sure!
